科室介绍	连云港市第二人民医院口腔科是我市连续两届被评为市重点临床医学专科 ,也是我市唯一的口腔重点专科 ,集医、教、研于一体，在我市及周边地区享有较高的声誉，有许多技术顶目已达省级水平，有主 任医师、副主 任医师、主治医师多名，人才梯队合理，在各类医学杂志上发表有关论文近百篇，多年来有多项目科研项目通过各级验收和鉴定，并有多项技术获市新技术引进奖，“双反向‘ Z’字成形法修复软腭裂”获 2004年江苏省新技术引进二等奖。由徐慧高任主编、吴惠明任副主编的专著《口腔颌面部肿瘤的现代诊断与治疗》一书于 2003年 10月由军事医学科学出版社出版，共计 59万字。与肿瘤放疗科合作在省内率先开展了放射性粒子组织间近距离照射技术（粒子刀）治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤。 口腔颌面外科是本科室的二级学科，是重中之重，最俱特色，多年来收治了大量的复杂及有相当难度的病例，目前可开展甲类手术中除颅颌外科以外的所有手术项目，可采用多种方法修复口腔颌面部各种先天性及后天性畸形（如唇腭裂、面斜裂、面横裂、走马牙疳后遗症、面部多种疤痕挛缩畸形等）、并成立了唇腭裂治疗中心，对于各种口腔颌面部骨折大部分采用口腔进路行切开复位内固定术，对于面中部的陈旧性骨折可采用冠状切口进行内固定，保证了患者面部外形的完美和功能的恢复。对于良性肿瘤切除范围较大，如颈动脉体瘤摘除术、涉及颅底的巨大肿瘤切除术等。各种恶性肿瘤不但可行肿瘤切除或扩大切除术，还可行单、双侧颈淋巴清扫术，多种临近皮瓣、带蒂皮瓣、血管化的肌皮（肌、骨）瓣修复，真、假性颞颌关节强直的手术治疗等。口腔内科除治疗各种牙体、牙髓病、牙周病等疾病外，采用中西医结合的方法治疗口腔粘膜病取得了较好的临床效果。口腔正畸科目前主要采用功能性矫治器矫正各类牙颌畸形。口腔修复科与南京医科大学口腔医学院义齿加工中心合作，可修复各种牙体牙列缺损（可镶各种类型的假牙）。									科室图片编号

设备总体介绍	目前全科共有国内外先进的口腔综合治疗台十余台，并的高频铸造设备、烤瓷设备、电解、隐形义齿设备、釉质瓷设备、高速手机消毒设备等台套较为先进的口腔科专用设备， 1997年购入了一套美国产电动微型骨科设备，为口服颌面部骨组织疾病的治疗提供了非常便利的条件，我院同时又是市肿瘤医院，共用的设备如：高性能螺旋 CT、直线加速器、 60 CO机、高性能麻醉机，为口腔颌面部各类肿瘤、外伤、软硬组织缺损的治疗和修复提供了的利条件。
设备 1介绍	美国产 Stryker COMMAND2微型电动骨科器械一套，购于 1997年，目前使用情况良好，该设备有各类电锯电钻，可将病变的骨组织或需要修复的骨组织修整成各类适合的形态和外形，使口腔颌面部骨组织的治疗和修复更为简便，治疗和修复效果更为突出，该设备可与交流电源相连，使用更为方便。							设备 1图片号

医疗特色	本科为口腔专业发医疗为主的科室，主要治疗口腔颌面部的疾病，主要特色为： 口腔颌面外科：面部各种先天性及后天性畸形、各种良恶性肿瘤的切除及及时修复、各种软硬组织的外伤及缺损的治疗及修复，采用隐蔽切口坚强内固定治疗面骨各类骨折，面神经吻合及移植，平阳霉素注射治疗面部血管瘤， 口腔内科：中西医结合方法治疗多种口服粘膜病 口腔正畸：采用功能性矫器治疗牙颌畸形 口腔修复科：采用多种方法修复牙体、牙列缺损（镶牙）（如：贵金属烤瓷、隐形义齿等）

成功病例	成功病例 1：患者女性，发现颈部肿物两年余，经各项检查诊断为颈动脉体瘤，在全麻下行肿瘤切除术，将肿瘤完整切除，保留了颈动脉，保证了颅内的血液供应，无并发症产生。该病种手术难度大，手术风险也大，在一般的市级医院均无开展。 成功病例 2：患者女性，面中部肿瘤发现四年余，检查中发现肿瘤已达颅底，诊断为上颌骨神经鞘瘤，在全麻下给予手术切除，并保留了患侧的眼球，使患者面貌恢复正常。该病例由于病变涉及颅底，手术风险也很大。 成功病例 3：患者男性，患下颌骨肿瘤，在全麻下行下颌骨扩大切除术，同时采用带血管蒂的腓骨瓣修复，既切除了肿瘤，又保证了患者下颌骨的完整性，保证了正常的口腔功能。同时我科还开展了多种带血管蒂的多种组织瓣移植术，均取得了较好的临床效果。 成功病例 4：患者男性，因车祸致上下颌骨、颧骨粉碎性骨折及颅脑外伤，采用寇状切口及口腔内联合切口进路进行修复和复位，取得了较好的效果，恢复了患者的外貌和口腔正常功能。对于口腔颌面部骨折，我科多采用口腔内进路进行手术修复，使患者面部不再增加新的瓶子疤痕。 成功病例 5：患者女性，发现舌根部扣物两年余，术前诊断为舌根部神经鞘瘤，采用下颌骨前侧方进路手术切除，既切除了肿瘤，又保存了患者下牙槽神经的功能，取得了较好的临床效果。 成功病例 6：患者女性，患舌鳞状细胞癌，坚决不同意手术治疗，采用入射性粒子组织间置入治疗，明显处延长了患者的生存期，同样也取得了较好的临床效果。
